ROI Services, Inc. was founded by two industry professionals with a combined total of 20 years of experience in designing, operating, and streamlining an Internet-based check recovery system.

The vision of ROI Services is to hone the methods and practices of collections to offer better overall collection rates while demonstrating added value and maintaining customer satisfaction. The company has done this by utilizing advanced technology that enable "smart" check collections, while focusing on customer-friendly collections methods.

ROI Services, Inc. was incorporated on December 1, 2005 and became a member of ACA International (Association of Credit and Collection Professionals) on February 2, 2006. The company is currently processing around 25,000 new accounts a month.
